Accessibility
Accessible conference operations should be the default, not an afterthought
PaperSphere is designed to support keyboard navigation, readable contrast, structured content, and consistent interface behavior across public and authenticated views. Accessibility work is ongoing and treated as part of product quality.
Current focus areas
The product aims to keep navigation predictable and role-aware while preserving clarity across dashboards, auth flows, public pages, and support surfaces.
- Keyboard access for navigation, forms, and account security actions.
- High-contrast support in both light and dark themes.
- Structured page sections, headings, and link labels for assistive technologies.
Where improvement continues
Accessibility is iterative. As the platform grows, additional audits, content review, and interaction cleanup may be needed to keep the experience usable across devices and assistive contexts.
- Testing complex workflow screens with broader accessibility scenarios.
- Reducing friction in long forms and high-density admin views.
- Fixing contrast, focus, or semantic issues reported by users.
Feedback
If a page, form, or workflow becomes difficult to use, report it through support so it can be reviewed and corrected. Useful reports include the route, task attempted, device, and assistive technology used.
