What we collect

The platform stores account details, conference profile information, submission and review workflow records, and security telemetry needed to protect sessions, MFA, and device trust.

  • Name, email address, role assignments, and login state.
  • Conference metadata, deadlines, public program content, and related media.
  • Support, audit, and authentication events tied to platform security.

How data is used

Data is used to operate conference workflows, publish approved public information, notify participants, and enforce account protection measures such as verification and multi-factor authentication.

  • Deliver organizer, reviewer, and author workflows with the correct permissions.
  • Publish public-facing conference pages when organizers mark them as visible.
  • Investigate abuse, fraud, delivery failures, and support requests.

User controls

Signed-in users can manage profile data, password credentials, sessions, and available security options from their account area. Public conference pages only expose information that organizers publish.
