These terms describe the baseline responsibilities for using PaperSphere. They set expectations for account security, acceptable content, public publication, and responsible use of reviewer and organizer permissions.

Account responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials, and using only the permissions granted to their role inside the platform.

  • Do not share login access or bypass role boundaries.
  • Use valid organizer, reviewer, and author identities for conference work.
  • Respond promptly if account compromise or suspicious activity is detected.

Content and publication

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of published conference material, including timelines, programs, speaker content, sponsor references, and public-facing descriptions.

  • Publish only information you have the right to share.
  • Keep conference deadlines and program details reasonably current.
  • Avoid unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing content.

Service integrity

The platform may limit or suspend access when activity threatens service integrity, account security, or fair review operations. Support and audit records may be used to investigate misuse and restore trusted access where appropriate.
